Dr Portnay: Stamford, CT; Edward (Ted) L. Portnay, MD, FACC, FSCAI, is a Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. He specializes in diagnosing and treating CAD (blockages in the heart arteries) and PAD (blockages in the leg arteries).
